The edges of the spatula will scrape up every last bit of cream or hollandaise sauce. You can use the flat side to smooth icing or spread cream cheese on bagels. Or, simply use it as a spoon to stir a vegetable soup.
Designed with chefs in mind, this is a high quality kitchen tool. It has a carbonised ash handle with a smooth, natural finish.
The spatula spoon head is detachable and dishwasher safe. The handle should be washed by hand.
