We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel and silicone products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our high-carbon steel knives and cast iron items to maintain their longevity.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you ship internationally?
