Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder that has been enjoyed as part of the Japanese tea ceremony for hundreds of years. Rich in antioxidants, it is said to boost brain health and relieve stress.

For one serving of matcha tea, use the chashaku to measure out two scoops of matcha tea powder into the bowl. Add a splash of hot water, and use the whisk to make a paste. Then top up with approximately 70ml of hot, not boiling, water. Use the matcha whisk in a vigorous ‘W’ motion until the matcha becomes very frothy. Enjoy immediately.
