Beef bulgogi (marinated and grilled slices of beef) is a Korean classic. This pre-made marinade combines soy sauce with salt, cooking rice wine, koji and fruit purées for a sticky, sweet sauce. Plus, the addition of pear purée helps make the meat super tender.
